You can sign up for a 30-days trial of Hotelcom Connection on your Account. After your trial ends, your subscription begins automatically. For prices and to subscribe, Visit www.hotelcom.live.

If you use Hotelcom account, you might get a prompt to subscribe to Hotelcom Connection. To subscribe, follow the steps provided in Hotelcom account settings.

Important: If you don’t refresh your tab after subscribing to Hotelcom Connection, it may take up to five minutes for your new features to be available in your account. If you recently subscribed to Hotelcom Connection and don’t see your new features, try refreshing your screen.

You can select monthly or annual renewal for your Hotelcom Connection subscription. Your plan renews automatically.

If your auto renew fails:

If your auto-renew fails due to an expired credit card or other reason, a seven-day grace period will apply to your subscription to give you time to update your credit card information. When you update your payment information, we charge your subscription fee immediately then resume your normal billing cycle. If you don’t update your payment method after seven days, your subscription will auto-cancel and you’ll lose access to your Hotelcom Connection features.

You can cancel your Hotelcom Connection subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription, you’ll stop future payments for Hotelcom Connection. Subscriptions to Hotelcom connection are nonrefundable

You’ll keep access to your Hotelcom account features until your subscription period and billing cycle end. Once your subscription period ends, you’ll lose access to your Hotelcom features.

  • On your computer, go to your account.
  • Go to “Payment setting" and click Cancel subscription.
  • Answer prompts.
  • Click Finalize cancellation.

When you cancel your subscription, you'll receive an email that confirms your Hotelcom Connection subscription cancellation. The confirmation email will have the subject line

"Hotelcom: Connection plan cancellation," and will come from the email address connect@hotelcom.in.

You’ll keep access to your Hotelcom Connection features until your subscription period and billing cycle end. Once your subscription period ends, you’ll lose access to your Hotelcom Connection features.

Hotelcom Connection subscription purchases are nonrefundable. Hotelcom Connection features are yours to use for the length of your subscription period, even if you decide to cancel it.
